He has a proven track record of building and scaling businesses. Before joining REA India, Praveen served as COO of Ads & Commerce Services at the fintech major Paytm. He built the Paytm Ads business from the ground up, transforming it into a highly profitable business. He also served as MD and CEO of Paytm Payments, steering one of India’s key online payment aggregation platforms. Earlier in his career, Praveen spent nearly a decade at Google, working in both India and Singapore. In India, he was part of Google's India leadership team and led YouTube and Display sales. He later moved to Singapore as Regional Director for Performance Media, APAC. In this role he helped drive Google's performance media, which included key products such as search, app promotion, shopping and commerce etc across all Asia Pacific markets. Leading upto Google, Praveen held senior leadership positions across some of the leading Ad-Networks such as Madison, Group M and Initiative Media. Outside of work, Praveen enjoys traveling, is an avid sports fan, and likes playing tennis and golf. He also enjoys reading—particularly about Indian history.

With almost two decades of experience in driving growth and marketing excellence, Snehil Gautam is a dynamic leader specializing in brand strategy, performance marketing, SEO, content, and product marketing. As the Group Chief Growth & Marketing Officer at REA India, the parent company for Housing.com, he spearheads comprehensive marketing and growth initiatives, ensuring data-driven decision-making, high-impact campaigns, and sustainable business expansion. Snehil has a proven track record of scaling digital platforms, optimizing customer acquisition, and enhancing brand presence in highly competitive markets. His expertise spans across digital transformation, omnichannel marketing, and leveraging AI-driven insights to drive user engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth.

A technology and data enthusiast, Snehil holds a BTech and MTech from IIT Bombay. He is passionate about blending creativity with analytics to build high-performing marketing ecosystems that deliver measurable business impact.

Amit Chand is a seasoned finance leader with over two decades of experience in financial strategy, risk management, and business expansion. As the Group CFO at REA India, the parent company of Housing.com, he oversees finance, risk assurance, legal and compliance, and procurement, focusing on strengthening financial operations and driving sustainable growth. Previously, Amit was CFO at TCNS Clothing, where he led finance, treasury, and enterprise risk management, playing a key role in the company’s acquisition by Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. He also served as CFO at TravelTriangle, leading fundraising and monetisation strategies. An entrepreneur at heart, he has worked across consumer and tech sectors.

Amit holds an MBA from IIM Lucknow and is a Chartered Accountant, with extensive expertise in scaling businesses and financial excellence.

Abhishek is a seasoned technology leader with over 19 years of experience driving innovation and scaling technology operations at global companies. As the Group Chief Technology Officer at REA India, the parent company of Housing.com, he leads the Engineering and Data Science teams, focusing on advancing platform capabilities. Abhishek holds extensive expertise in building scalable technology platforms and driving digital transformation, aligning with REA India’s mission to revolutionize the real estate sector through technology. Before joining REA India, he spent seven years at Expedia India, spearheading core eCommerce technology initiatives. He also led global engineering teams at Amazon, enhancing retail experiences and alternate delivery models.

Rohit Hasteer, Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at REA India, the parent company of Housing.com, is responsible for building and sustaining a vibrant company culture and a talent force that is aligned and drives the organization vision. He has rich experience in finding and building talent, setting up robust policies and processes, honing talent through learning & development, and talent management. Rohit has almost two decades of experience working with start-ups and fast paced organizations across industries. Prior to this role, Rohit was Director, People Management & Human Resources – Indian Subcontinent, UTi Worldwide Inc. He has also been in senior level positions at MakeMyTrip.com, Aviva India Life Insurance, and Citi Financial Consumer Finance, successfully delivering results for the Human Resource function.

Rohit has earned his MBA (Human Resource) from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. He has played a crucial role in taking companies like MakeMyTrip and UTi Worldwide to top ranks in the journey towards Great Places To Work and has been awarded for his strategy and leadership in the HR domain. Outside of work, he enjoys watching movies, playing cricket and is a gourmet.

Simon is a seasoned digital product and technology leader with over a decade of experience at the REA Group. Simon has helped to drive the strategy and growth in Advertising, C2C and B2B verticals. He has successfully led teams of 350+ people, delivering high-impact solutions that leverage data and market dynamics to drive revenue, using expert strategies in monetization, pricing strategies, and technology-driven product development. Before joining the REA Group, Simon held leadership roles in various businesses specialising in Geographic Information Systems products and services. He has worked across multiple industry verticals and geographies as a non-executive director at ManagedApp & Realtair.

Simon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Strathclyde and is a GAICD-certified board member.

Amit Masaldan is a seasoned business leader with over 20 years of expertise in sales, business development, and financial services. As the Chief Revenue Officer of Housing.com, he drives the company’s revenue growth and strategic expansion.
