Good things here
There are multiple festivals which are celebrated and everyone is friendly and good and educated people reside.
Strong walls and pillars
Good quality plaster and fitting
Frequent cultural events
Understanding and good landlords
Educated & decent residents
Residents pay maintenance in time
Lot of green & open space
Excellent power back-up
Large clubhouse & spacious gym
Things need improvement
The society only gives single vechicle space for parking if you hav more than one vechicles then it is difficult to park. Also there is no maintenance of swimming pool.

Good things here
Close proximity to huda city center metro station, vyapar kendra, gold souk mall, ardee city mall. Society is very well maintained. Well lit and clean corridors. RWA makes arrangement to celebrate all major festivals together. Society has a temple and grocery shop.
Things need improvement
Room sizes in 3BHK are small. Society fittings are old (for eg. Pipes) and need to be replaced. Comes with 1 parking space.
