Renaissance Reserva is a good project. Construction quality is really good with the best fitting and fixture. Open space is there a lot in this project with so much greenery. Then good security feature is there and full power backup so no electricity problem. There are a lot of dogs in there. some interconnecting roads have complaints due to the maintenance work of drainage.it causes some small traffic and air pollution.. Mobile tower network otherwise good here and residents welcoming you with smiles. looking forward to move in soon.read more

it is very good project for people looking to live in prime Bengaluru location within slightly better budget. It is a good place. transportation facilities like metro stations, bus stands are within distance. shopping malls, cinema theatres and other entertainment places are in there, police station and hospital are in distance. Everything is top class here. Maintenance problem is not there. WFH crowd will not face problem with mobile network as I found out from my site visit.read more

it is an excellent project. WFH crowd will love the central location. The environment climate was so good super cool temperature when I visited the site. The transportation services was so good . Metro availability was super good at a budget cost we can travel in metro it was a good public transport service. Bus services, cabs are available like ola , uber etc. Overall area is very safe though water does accumulate in heavy rains.read more

Must say, Renaissance Reserva has given all that they promised. Project is by very reputed builder so construction quality is up to mark. All fittings and all are very good It has all the latest facilities like super market (Reliance Fresh) restaurants, banks, ATMS, hospitals and educational institutions. I am looking forward to move in my family.

Renaissance Reserva will offer me basically all that I wanted. Happy to report that project ambiance is very good with garden, openl. As I am a local resident of Bangalore and I will stay in Jalahalli East Air force station, Everything is near to the Station whether it is a shopping complex, banks, hospital are everything which is nearly in walking distance of 10 minutes. Maintenance is also decent while good amenity list. Must say am happy with overall experience. Developer has given all he promised.read more
