The construction quality is excellent, providing a strong and sturdy foundation for our homes. Plus, the timely painting and well-maintained elevators contribute to the overall upkeep of the buildings. With uninterrupted electricity and water supply, proper ventilation, and ample sunlight, our living conditions are comfortable and pleasant. It's especially reassuring that there are no structural issues like seepage, leakage, or termite problems. While there may not be many modern amenities, the basics are well-covered, and the presence of 24/7 CCTV surveillance adds to the sense of security.
