My personal opinion is Marathon is not trustworthy they will tell you a lot of things when you buy a flat. I was told I can book parking in a later phase also. But now after the agreement is done they are saying no Parking for 1 bhk flat owners (I did buy two 1 bhk though) No amenities are included. The gym is there but it has monthly membership changed of 600 rs Let's hope that Marathon gives passion on Dec 23 ( extended due to covid) which is registered on Maha Rera.read more

Marathon Eminence is an under-construction project and I have booked a flat in this complex. The procedure was very smooth as the sales team was quite interactive and professional. The location of the project is decent. Apart from all these, the project offers ultra-modern amenities like a gym, badminton court, parking, jogging track, lift, security, intercom facility, Sun deck etc. We are satisfied with the infrastructure and would recommend this to everyone.read more

I was looking for my dream home and I visited Marathon Eminence. The project has excellent designs and infrastructure. I booked an apartment in this stunning skyscraper and I am quite impressed. The location is right in the heart of Mulund. The railway station and arterial roads are well connected with the project. The apartments feel spacious, airy and well ventilated, with large windows. I am totally satisfied with the project and would suggest everyone check this one.read more

Marathon Eminence is developed by the most trustworthy builder in Thane, Mumbai. The project offers a perfect combination of modern architecture to provide peaceful living. The facilities such as gym, swimming pool, community hall, the library, solar water heating, sun deck, shopping centre make it more interesting. The connection is good but I felt there is some distance between the railway station to the residential complex. Also, the project has been delayed for the pandemic situation and will be delivered by 2023.read more
