Lake Dugar is conveniently located in Ambattur, Chennai, and is a well-planned property. Safety and security is the thing about which you do not have to worry as it is taken care of well. Almost all major schools, colleges are available nearby. However, you may have to walk a bit for grocery shopping but the positives of this place are more as compared to any small negative point and I would recommend this project for those who are looking to buy a luxurious apartment or flat at this location.read more

Ambattur is about 24 kilometers from Chennai International Airport and takes about an hour to drive via the Grand Southern Trunk Road. Maintenance is also performed periodically. Safety and security are things about which you do not have to worry about as they are taken care of well. One of the problems you might face is network problems.
