the area is good on its own but I say that lifts are bad. I live on the top floor and it keeps getting stuck. It has been a big problem for all of us, so I hope it gets fixed.

the apartment is good and spacious, but the maintenance is bad. There is no visitors parking, which is a problem as I have a lot of visitors coming in on a daily basis.

we don’t have many basic amenities here but connectivity is good. I hate the lifts here and surroundings are also not properly clean. Lots of work needs to be done.

the watchmen are not nice. They are rude and don’t even follow covid protocol. The maintenance is quite slow and water supply is also not up to mark. People keep complaining.

this is a ready to move apartment. It is close to markets and road and has good parking space, but the place can do much better. I don’t have nice recommendation but the maintenance is not great.
