Area is a good connectivity and close to Pune railway station and bus station easy access to measure Highway NH4 and NH 9 for good commute. Easy access other part of Pune by public transportation including buses and autos. Proximity to educational Institute like SP College and Pune University. Nearby good medical facilities available here.Nearby localities are good and easy access to there market like Parvati Darshan, Tilak road, Deccan Gymkhana.read more

Narrow roads lead traffic congestion. Limited parking space and inadequate parking facilities. Occasional water shortage and power cuts during summers. Generally you feel crowds specially on public transport and markets . Few parks and gardens. High living cost and expensive food and transportations make ur pocket light . Area generally face flooding during heavy rainfall.read more
