This project is Platinum rated IGBC Pre Certified. It is an ideal place for youngsters as there are lots of parks, swimming pool, gym and quality built roads. The senior citizens can also comfortably stay here without worrying about the safety because neighbours ae helpful and there CCTV cameras installed in the entire society along with the secured guards. This project is near to Avadi Railway Station. Roads are in good condition and it is safe for everyone as there 2 security guards who take care of the security. However, the construction is not so good and requires regular maintenance along with proper cleanliness. Otherwise, connectivity is good and you can reach the railway station in just few minutes or book a cab easily without facing any problem.read more

Roads inside the premises have street lights and security guards do proper verifications of the visitors so, that resident always remains safe. The connectivity is also solid, and you can use public transportation without difficulty or simply hire a cab. Still, there are markets, malls, cinema halls, schools, colleges, and other institutes nearby.
