Plus, there are no communication or network issues in the area, and security is strict, with elevators and CCTV cameras in good condition. In my flat, there is no issue of leakage or seepage. The society has all modern amenities and they are well-maintained. The residents are decent, and festivals are celebrated together. Cleanliness is maintained, and the lifts are regularly serviced. The ventilation in the flat is good, allowing ample sunlight.read more
Public transport is not readily available from the society, and it takes a long time for cabs to arrive. The water supply from PMC is not sufficient; tankers have to be called for additional water. There is very little greenery, and there should be more. Other people in the flats have leakage and seepage issues.read more
