Good things here
Connectivity via cabs and auto-rickshaws is easily available if booked online. Water facilities are very good, and power backups are available. Construction quality is very good; there are no seepage or leakage issues. Garbage collection is very good; they collect daily. Parking areas are spacious, and the area is very friendly. Security is excellent.read more
Things need improvement
Hospitals are available, but they are around 15 kilometers from the society, which is inconvenient. The society is far from the city, so everything is far from the society, making it very inconvenient. Public transportation is barely available, and there is no nearby railway station. For groceries, residents have to go 10-15 kilometers, which is very inconvenient.read more

The water facility in the society is reliable, and there's a good power backup system in place. The residents are cooperative, friendly, and helpful. The maintenance of the lifts is excellent, with spacious elevators available. Maintenance charges are reasonable, around 3000 rupees.
