This estate has excellent security service with 24 hours of CCTV service. The elevators are so fast and have a fire extinguisher in every lift. They also provide 5 years of free maintenance as well. The prices of flats are so reasonable and I have had up to 90% of loans facilities here. The apartments are well ventilated and almost 10,000 families have booked to stay here. Here also the convenience of having subsidies under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. For me, these facilities will be massively helpful to all the people during this pandemic. So, this project should be the absolute recommendation for all.read more

This project of a vigorous grounding where the infrastructures of this place furnish the personal satisfaction of people as well. This is one of the best affordable housing with several luxurious conveniences. The 2, 3 and 4BHK buildings are found in two different types are residential and commercial. I have taken to live here for two and a half years with my family with proper amenities and services. The rooms have a lot of spaces and are supposed to be painted with plastic and distemper colours. Balconies will have steel grills. Doors will be of wooden and carved with beautiful designs. Also, marble shelves in the kitchen.read more

ROF Atulyas on almost over 5.3 acres of land, serves the inhabitants at its best by giving them several choicest amenities including 7 earthquake-resistant towers, a huge lawn in front of every apartment, ample space for tree planting, playgrounds for children, special tracks for cycling and jogging, skating tracks badminton and basketball courts, tennis courts, ample space yoga and meditation, gyms for aerobics and exercise. I'm a badminton player and I am very excited to practice every day on the court being made. My parents both have heart and diabetes issues, they will be able to walk every day on the lawn as well. Huge trees are being planted here and it will give us proper ventilation.read more
