Look, not every project is perfect. As a parent, my top priority is to provide my kids with an amenities-filled, enriching lifestyle, which is why I choose this place. They have conceptualized a home that’s singularly focused on your child like no other. Even the convenience list has everything from the Sports Library, Adventure Bowl - Skateboarding/BMX Bowl Riding to Cricket Pitch, Creche, E Tuition Zone, Children's Gym, Jamming Room, Jogging Track and Kids Play Area. My kids would love to play on the parks and swim in the pool. Hopefully the project will be done soon.read more

Very happy to find this location in my budget. I can travel anywhere without hassle. It is located near the Hope Farm Junction, Whitefield. And all that my family wants is here. What can I say about L N T Bay Crescent T5 besides that is the value of money! No, the price is steep but it's natural because this is one of the big projects in the city of Bengaluru. The location is the best part of the project for me. The quality of construction till now is not much upper class of stature projects and this maintenance is also average. The cellular network is also a bit problematic in this area if you plan to go all WFH lately. However, all major highways, schools, nearby hospitals along with Metro and Monorail, train stations, my own office, and more all are easily accessible. I wish they solve the problems before move in.read more

I researched so much before I finalized this project and I must say this place is completely worth it. Look at a beautiful design. Extraordinary construction quality and interior. All types of facilities are on projects from sports, cafeteria and what is not! Luxury environment and great location. You get everything in the hands of restaurants, pubs, and cafes to shopping centers, hospitals, schools, and offices. The super-exclusive feeling stayed here with all facilities. Provident Capella will give me everything they promised. This project is with a very well-known builder so the quality of construction is not questionable. All equipment and everything is very good. Lots of open space right in the heart of Bengaluru. I loved the good location and facilities. I get everything. The overall area is very beautiful even though the water is piled up in heavy rain. But the location is perfect. Everything at close range from highway, hospitals, schools, shopping centers. Society is amazing for young people who are looking to be independent. Also, the floor plan here is quite amazing. I would say every ready-to-move flat must be like this one.read more
