Good things here
If you book an Ola or Uber, they arrive promptly at the society. There are no leakage or seepage issues in my flat. The residents are decent. There is sufficient parking space available. The society is clean, and the lifts are well-maintained. Flats have good ventilation, and sunlight enters.read more
Things need improvement
Autos are not readily available near the society, and one has to walk a considerable distance to find one. The roads outside the society have deteriorated due to construction, causing inconvenience. Although the society has all modern amenities, they are not well-maintained. While water is usually available 24/7, if there is an issue, it takes a while to resolve, and water may not be available for 2-3 days.read more
