In everything we do, we work upwards from the basics. For instance, when we build homes, our basic guideline is: to build homes that are easy to live in. Then, we try to build in some aesthetics, enhance the space management to ensure that the rooms have a view, add on some design innovations, and merge in some luxury. It is our experience that at the end of this methodology, the results are usually an unusual blend of comfort and beauty. Ask our customers. Similarly, when we build commercial spaces, we try to build from the basic end-needs of such spaces. Then, we stack up a pyramid of qualitative aspects space, ventilation, safety, luxury, convenience, endurance all these are then fine-blended into an optimum combination. End-result? Shopping malls, corporate complexes & commercial spaces that are admired a lot, acquired fast, and acclaimed for long. When we take up developmental projects, we start with an eye for the natural layout of the area, the potential environm
