The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Road conditions are very good around the society. The society is well maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Parking space is alloted both for residents and visitors. Regularly Garbage collection is done on time. Paintings and water proofings are also done on time. Electricity is also fine, no issues are faced. Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society. The constructuion quality is good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in my appartment. My flat has got proper ventilation. The amenities like gym, swimming pool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and it functional properly. People staying in the society are friendly and copperative, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. Society is pet friendly, rules are also followed by the owners.read more

Metro is not available near the society. There is a pipeline and drainage issue in my flat, but that is managable. There are no major issues that I face in this society.read more

Metro is close to the society. Road quality and street lights are also good. Parking is alloted to all residents. CCTV is avilable and functional. Elevators are properly maintained. Security guards are available. Cleaning and hygeine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Issues are promptly resolved on time. constructuion quality is good in the society. Seepage and leakage issues are not faced as such. Water logging issues are not faced in the society, the society has got good drainage system. facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together.read more

Good things here

I mainly use my private car, and I'm glad to say that the road conditions are excellent, with functioning street lights adding to the safety and convenience, especially during nighttime travel. The maintenance services in our society are top-notch. It's reassuring to see that cleanliness and hygiene are well-maintained, with regular garbage collection ensuring that the surroundings stay clean and tidy. I appreciate the effort put into keeping our environment pleasant. Additionally, having local shops, supermarkets, schools, and restaurants just outside the society adds to the convenience of daily life. I'm also pleased with the functioning elevators in our building. Lastly, the fact that we don't face waterlogging issues speaks volumes about the effective management of our surroundings.read more
