Good things here

Apartments in Imperial heights are spacious and the layout is really great. All Apartments (specially in towers A&B) have large balconies. Metro station on link road side is walking distance. The other one on NESCO is also close by which provides great connectivity. The only downside is proximity to Oshiwara Nalla which is also getting fixed as part of the Oshiwara River rejuvenation project . The society also has great amenities including clubhouse , swimming pool , Basketball , Tennis and Pickel ball courts etc. There are 3 Gyms which are fully equipped along with separate Yoga rooms . There is also large space in the common areas between Lobbys which is very unlike typical Mumbai Apartment complexesread more

Proximity to Oshiwara Nalla... waiting for the STPs to come online in the next one year which will rejuvenate the Oshiwara riverread more
