It is conveniently located within the city limits. Olympia and Tamarai Tech Park are both nearby. It is easily accessible by bus and is only a 5-minute walk from the Ekkattuthangal Metro Station.

For those who are constantly on the move, a bus stop and a petrol station are conveniently located nearby. ATMs, hospitals, and supermarkets are all nearby. The locality is spacious and luckily we have a parking space for our car.

Well-maintained roads with good street lights so that no one is afraid at night and on-site transportation facility and schools are close to my village, a good hospital is close to my village and there is no water shortage with the well-maintained park.

Markets are easily accessible by foot. This is a popular location in Chennai. The metro station and bus stop are both very close together. Therefore, it is easy to avoid traffic when travelling to work.
