Most of the times the street lights does not work even after multiple complaints it's still in the same condition. Water logging issues happens on the main road. The society offers good connectivity with public transport easily available and well-maintained roads. Each resident has designated parking, and the rules are strictly followed. Regular garbage collection with wet and dry waste segregation is practiced. The neighbours are very nice and friendly. Elevators are installed and maintained, and there are CCTV cameras and a 24/7 security guard available.read more

The maintenance is average, and the construction is very poor as it is an old building with issues such as seepage in the apartments and throughout the society. There is no gym, and for the swimming pool and clubhouse, we have to take a membership, which I think is not fair. Rest everything is fine.read more
