The environment is significantly cleaner due to the presence of trees along with the road side. the area is filled with numerous parks and gardens. travel to any parts of the city is easily done because of all time transport facilities available. markets and shops are available at walking distance.read more

Having lived in dadar east for many years,i have come to appreciate its unique blend of characteristics. The strategic position makes commuting relatively straightforward and convenient. The presence of well established institutions and healthcare facilities adds significant value. The area's traditional charm,coupled with newer residential developments,provides a balanced living experience.read more

Things need improvement

The roads are often clogged during office hours. Finding parking can be a challenge due to high demand and limited space. While the area has seen considerable development,some parts still retain their older,more traditional character,which can feel somewhat dated compared to more modern areas.The disjoining feel impacts the aesthetic harmony of the area.read more

Good things here

Perfectly safe locality. I often have outbound flights at late / odd hours and only have positive experiences, the security is also helpful with bags. The utility bills are very economic - approx 9K quarterly even with use of air conditioning. No power cuts or water shortages. The apartment and society is well maintained with external housekeeping staff. Location of the property is ideal - in an inner lane so no pollution. Good sunlight and ventilation.read more
