The size of the flats is good, however the construction quality is really poor and has lots of seepage issues, with cracks not only on the outside, but also on the inside of the flats/buildings.read more

Poor construction quality, ineffective RWA, high maintenance, extremely high rentals, lifts not working, cracks on the walls, falling plaster, seepage issues, drainage not working properly.read more
