Maintenance in our society is top-notch, with cleanliness and garbage collection services always done on time. I appreciate that the lifts are properly maintained, adding to my convenience as a resident. All amenities, including the gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and garden, are well-maintained, providing me with opportunities for recreation and relaxation. It's really great living in our society. The maintenance here is excellent; I hardly ever encounter any issues with the lifts, and it's clear that they receive proper attention. Having reliable lifts makes my daily life so much easier. I'm also grateful for the wonderful people in our society. Everyone is so friendly and cooperative, which creates a really positive atmosphere to live in. And having our own designated parking is such a convenience. It takes away the stress of finding parking and ensures that I always have a secure spot for my vehicle. Overall, I feel fortunate to be part of a well-maintained and harmonious community that offers such convenient amenities.read more

Things need improvement

The seepage and leakage issue in our tower is really concerning. Not only does it create inconvenience, but the pungent smell throughout the tower is quite unpleasant. It's frustrating that this problem hasn't been addressed properly, and it seems like no one is taking care of it.read more

Good things here

Society has excellent connectivity ,local railway station bus stand was near by the society, Maintenance was not a problem in the society. Everything was well maintained. Construction quality of the apartment was great, no leakage seepage issues in the society. Garbage collection was done on timely basis. We received ample sunlight in our apartments. People are supportive and festivals like Holi, Ganesh Chaturti, Navratri etc were celebrated.read more

Things need improvement

The society only offers partial amenities. There's just one playground, a clubhouse, and a gym, but no swimming pool. Additionally, you have to pay extra to use these amenities and for parking.read more

I live here as a resident, and the maintenance is good. If there's any issue or problem, it's quickly resolved through discussion. The people are nice everyone minds their own business but is willing to talk when needed. Public transport is easily available, including auto-rickshaws and the metro station nearby, which makes life convenient without any hassle.read more

There's a significant problem with seepage in the society there's a lot of seepage on the walls. There are no amenities like a swimming pool, gym, or clubhouse in this society. The construction quality is very poor and needs improvement.read more
