Good things here

Happy Colony is a very established place with old trees and a peaceful vibe. Happy Colony has the convenience of the shops and bakery inside the colony. Plus, the connectivity to the Karve Road is very fast. Schools like Abhinav are nearby for the children. Safety is very high due to the strong community.read more

Things need improvement

Paramhans Nagar is a difficult place to drive because of the steep-sloped roads. Paramhans Nagar water pressure is very low without the heavy motor is here. Because of the slope, the senior citizens cannot walk easily. Maintaince of the road is poor and slippery in rains. Parking is dangerous on the slope.read more
