The construction quality of the walls is excellent, ensuring durability and stability. The rooms are spacious and well-ventilated, offering a comfortable living environment. The people in the surrounding community are friendly and cooperative, fostering a sense of belonging and unity. We come together to celebrate various festivals, strengthening our bonds. Maintenance of the society is top-notch, with garbage collection done every morning and thorough cleaning routines in place. The lift functions properly, ensuring convenience for residents. There are no issues with water or power cuts, providing uninterrupted services. Connectivity is outstanding, with a bus stop, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, shopping malls, all within a 1 km radius. The road quality is excellent, facilitating smooth travel, and street lights are in proper working order, ensuring safety at night. There are ample parking spaces available for residents and visitors. Amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, table tennis, basketball court, community hall, and kids' play area are provided, catering to the diverse needs of the residents. Walking around the area is pleasant and safe.read more
