Good things here

Extremely calm area with no trafic and no loud honkings of vehicles surrounded by greenery gives a nice atmosphere covered with hills. Less pollutedv and gives much calmer vibes than the rest of the part of the city people are frendly and the mode of connectivity has become much better morecover the grocery stores and the marketplase are in walking distance it's like living in the city but with a much more greeneeyread more

Things need improvement

Flash floods happens during monsoon you won't find any shopping malls and mvie theatres nearby during rainy season the day to day travel becoms difficult also this place gets shut down mostly by 9pm 10 it is on the edge of the city and to travel anywhere inside the city it takes considerable amount of time during wonters this plase gets really cold thanread more

Many great schools, hospitals, malls are located in locality. The quality of roads is also excellent. Local markets and malls are located nearly.read more

With its convenient location near various medical centers like Lions Airport City Hospital and educational institutions like Vagdevi Vilas super school, Panathur offers excellent infrastructure for residents. i love this area .

There are good schools close, marketplaces within walking distance, good hospitals nearby, and well-lit streets. The roads are still under construction and will not be finished anytime soon. The environmental conditions are favourable because we have a lake and plenty of open space. All everyday necessities are available at nearby stores.
