The location is relatively close to the Outer Ring Road and Himayat Sagar Road, making commuting easier. Tuljharam temple, Hanuman mandir, and Goshala are all nearby holy temples. Nearby supermarkets include Reliance, Dileep store, Pavithra store, and Ratnadeep. The setting is really peaceful.
