Blue ridge town is a beautiful place with great and vibrant environment. It has well planned residential layouts with good roads , parks. It is situated near the IT hubs and has well access to educational institutes, healthcare facilities , shopping centres within the town. There are several plentiful green spaces and open areas promoting a healthy lifestyle. This place is amazing to live the life.read more

There are frequent traffic jams during peak hours due to its proximity to IT parks. Rapid development lead to noise and dust affecting the standard of living. It has a poor public transport which is not extensive as in central Pune. This area has higher property prices compared to surrounding areas which doesn't suit all budgets. There is also a persistent issue with parking space. Moreover, power cuts and water supply interruptions are common occurrences.
