Good things here

The parks are at walkable distance and metro station is far away from the locality. There is no power cuts in this area. the parks are clean and well maintained. there is so many street lights and at night it's safe to go out because of frequent fully patrolling.read more

Chikhali has seen enormous scale in terms of development with good infrastructure and better connectivity at the same time in the past couple of years.read more

Things need improvement

It is a semi residential and semi industrial area making it difficult to live in an area which has movement of heavy vehicles and sometime polluting factory too which makes noise at sometimes. But we are sure it will soon be relocated from the developing residential zone.read more

There is not much to like about Newale Wasti except for the connectivity it has to other major roads and markets.read more

Things need improvement

Newale Wasti is an extremely dense area with small roads and high traffic. The prices of the flats in this area are too much compared to infrastructure it offers. I recommend you to stay away from this area if you're working in Hinjewadi, Baner aur Aundh. Reaching office is a nightmare. It takes me 70 minutes to travel 16 kms to Hinjewadi from where I live.read more
