Good things here
The locality of the society is excellent as it is easily connected to Palang Bihar, and Dwarika. Local transport facilities are readily available, and there are schools ,market area and hospitals nearby. Bus services are accessible near the society. Inside the society, the maintenance system is up to the mark. Cleanliness is maintained daily, the security system is good, and there is sufficient water and electricity supply. The residents come from diverse cultural backgrounds and communities, fostering a friendly and cooperative atmosphere�in�the�society.read more
Things need improvement
During the rainy season, there are issues with leakage and seepage in the society. Additionally, the lack of a nearby metro station is a concern that needs improvement. The roads outside the society also require development as there are many sewers. The surrounding area could be better maintained. Moreover, amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area are not available�in�the�society.read more

Public transport is very convenient, with buses and the metro nearby. Vegetable markets, grocery stores, everything is close by. The maintenance team takes care of everything well. We celebrate all festivals together.read more

We don't have amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, park, or kids' playing area. There's room for improvement in maintenance and enhancing facilities.read more
