Good things here
Connectivity via cabs is very convenient here if we book in advance. People are very friendly in the society. Overall maintenance is very good. Water facilities are good, power backup is available, and garbage collection is efficient; they collect wet and dry waste separately. Amenities like swimming pool, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained. Public transportation facilities are available within a 1-2 km radius. The green spaces are well-maintained and attractive in the society.read more

Construction quality is not good; there are seepage issues in many areas of the building. The swimming pool is consistently not well-maintained. The gym area also not having good eqipments that is inconvinent. Maintenance expenses are high. The maintenance staff could not be more responsive. The bus routes are not very convenient in the society. Security is not as effective; there have been incidents suggesting it is not safe.read more
