Good things here
Public transport was easily accessible from the society. Water was available 24/7. The society had all modern amenities. Cleanliness was up to the mark. Residents were cooperative. The lifts were maintained. Maintenance charges were justified. Security was efficient.read more

The roads outside the society were not maintained, and there was an issue of waterlogging during the rainy season. There was a problem of seepage in my flat.read more

Amenities like swimming pools, gym, kids' play area, party hall, and maintenance care are available. Connectivity via cabs is convenient if we book an apartment. Maintenance care is reasonable. Water facilities are very good, and power backups are available. Cleanliness in the society is very good. We can celebrate every festival in the society, making it very enjoyable. Green areas in the society are very good. There is a party hall available. Hospitals are nearby, with municipal hospitals also present. Parking areas are very spacious.read more

There are no visitor parking spots yet; they should be established for easier access. Public transportation is available within a 1-2 km radius, which is convenient. However, there are no metro stations nearby. Offices are located quite far away, requiring a 2-hour journey daily, which is not very efficient.read more

Good things here
I used to live in this society, and I had no issues at all during my stay. The connectivity is great; Ola and Uber do not cancel rides, and the railway station airport, malls, and hospital are not far away. The society has all the amenities like a garden, children's play area, swimming pool, gym, and clubhouses, and they are all in perfect condition. Maintenance was always handled well with no problems with the lift, cleaning, garbage collection, or general upkeep. The construction quality was excellent with no seepage, leakage, cracks, or termite issues. The neighbourhood is friendly and welcoming, making it a pleasant place to live.read more

The place is great to live. There is clubhouse with two badminton courts, 1 lawn tennis court, for kids the area is different, and around 1. 2 acres of area is invested for this. There is swimming pool, gym. The connectivity is great as well, all the transportation is easily available from here. no issues with any leakage/seepage.
