Build quality is far poor. We have been facing wall cracks and seepage issues since day one. It is difficult to reach the builders and their engineers. In terms of their commitment to resolve issues are just for name sake it won't resolve your issues permanently. The only pros is the connectivity and stable water supply. The apartments here are affordable so I chose to move here. But, I'm not happy with my choice now.read more
