People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society.read more

Things need improvement

There is no parking space in the society. Water supply issues is a major problem in this society. The allignment of flats in the society are pretty conjested. The constructuion quality is average in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Power backup is not available in the society. Power cuts happens sometimes and it takes a long time for the electricity to come back. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are not available in the society. water logging issues are faced inside or outside the society. Drainange system is not good around the society. Despite of having CCTV in the society and security guards there were robbery that happens in the sociey which is not safe.read more

No such electricity issues are faced in the society. Power backup is avilable in the society. Pest control was done on time. parking space is very good in the society. Lift is available and maintained properly in the society. People are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. The society is safe for kids and women. Balcony is available. CCTV is avilable. Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. Security apps are used in the society.read more
