Good things here

I have had very positive experience living in this locality. the convenient of having shopping malls, hospitals, banks and grocery shops within walking distance or a short drive is a huge Plus. the connectivity is also excellent with the metro in just 10 minutes away and regular share auto, buses, and private cabs available here generally well lit and safe here have been instances of petty theft and vandalism in the past. I am very satisfied with the locality and would definitely recommends it to other.read more

Things need improvement

the area around thiruvanmiyur has some problems in my point of view. streat vendors take up to much space on the footpath. there is not enough parking. traffic get really bad during rush hours, causing pollution. the roads are not well maintained and have potholes. the water quality is poor.read more

Good things here

the main prospect about this locality are it has almost all types of amenities are available for completing our needs, shopping malls and supermarkets are available in few distance, good public transport, metro are also available nearby. here electricity and water supply provided all time, schools, colleges, and universities are also available in the radius of km.read more

traffic during peak hours is overwhelming, leading to significant pollution. the internal roads are red with potholes and water qualities shockingly poor.read more

lots of space in rooms and balcony there is nice view of sunrise from balcony...small garden for society members and small gym at top floor for free...2 security guard at main gate for security and monthly meeting of all society memers for all issue...lift are working very good and lots of parking space available...read more

not much safe for girls after 8pm as some of street light are not working at main road... cleanliness is not as good some members throw garbage at many places...power cut is also major problem specially in summer u need an inverter...other problem is mall and market for shopping as it is 5-10km awayso u need to book cab or take auto for that...read more
