In Pune, this is an excellent housing society. It is extremely spacious for a 2009 building. It has a strong structure and plenty of parking. It has a lovely internal garden and a communal area.

You can get a 1BHK, 2BHK, or 3BHK flat here, but not a premium one. The location is excellent. The railway station, bus stop, shopping complex, medical store, hospital, temple, and church are all within walking distance. You can access electricity and water 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Guards are always there to ensure your safety. Fruit and vegetable markets, as well as candy stores, are nearby. The Kohinoor Tower is located in the heart of the city and has plenty of parking, a park for children, and a culture room for yoga, kitti parties, and a gym.read more
