Good things here
The society is excellently located with connectivity to the main road and is within 200 meters of a bus stop, supermarket, hospital, and school. The road condition is good, street lights are working, and there is ample parking space. Maintenance-wise, garbage is collected from the door daily and the area is cleaned on time. There is 24/7 water and power supply, and the lift maintenance is good. Amenities include a small gym, a small community hall, and a children's play area. The residents are educated and very supportive. Construction-wise, there are no seepage issues and the rooms are well-ventilated.read more

Good things here
This is a small community comprising around 80 families. The construction plan is excellent, having a well-designed layout, and the all flats have excellent ventilation. There are no issues with the water supply. The connectivity of the society is outstanding, with supermarkets, schools, clinics, and bus stops easily accessible within a 1km radius. Additionally, a metro station is conveniently located within 1km from the society. Residents enjoy ample amenities, including parking, a garden, and a kids' play area. The maintenance facilities are also top-notch, with regular inspections of plumbing and electricity. Moreover, reliable backup systems are available within the society, ensuring uninterrupted services.read more
