Good things here

Citylight Area is very prime and posh locality of Surat located in the middle of the city and equidistant from the ends of the city. This locality is socially active and many art exhibitions, concerts are organized in science center and religious programs too in nearby areas. This locality is safe and clean. This locality is having shopping complexes, provision stores and hospitals in vicinity. This locality is good for students, coaching classes available for the purpose of academics and co-curriculum. Multiplexes and shopping malls in nearby area of Piplod, two gardens within walking distance with children play area and walking tracks. Joggers park in 10 minutes walking distance.read more

Things need improvement

There are no negative points for me because there are all things present. But some of like sometimes traffic jam problem and parking issues there. There is some old building structures. But otherwise all things are good.read more

Good things here

Shoping malls , hospitals , banks are available im this locality. There are 3-4 markets available in this area walking distance. Street lights are available androads are.properly lit. You can easily book cab or auto here for this area. Good schools are also nearby. Torrent power is available in this locality and so power cuts are rare to none.read more

Things need improvement

In markets there is not enough parking space and many parking areas are covered with street vendors .huge traffic while peak hours so it will take a while to reach your destination . Government house scheme is running nearby so very much dust pollution .read more

Good things here

city light area is very peacefull location,very prime and posh locality of surat,it is near to banks and atm , it is very well connected by rail , bus and any other transport. petrol pump , garden , hindu temple , jain temple is near in this area.the roads are very well maintained. atmosphere is very clean and safe for living.newly build science center is gives more charms to this arearead more

properties price is very higher than other area.sometimes people not to follow trafiic rules in this area.most citylight area is clean but garbage in some places.in some area road is not wide enough to cause traffic problemsread more

I am not counting of the streetlight but number of streetlight are the in walking post. No Any history of crime in my neighbourhood. Easily available to Auto Riksha and car cabs & Bus services.The quality of the Roads is Extents and No needs ant traffic in this Location.24 hrs water supply is there.And one of best is the 24/7 electricity and water supply in your House.read more
