Good things here

Construction is very good. The builder has used premium materials, and the overall design is both modern and functional. The layout is thoughtfully planned, allowing for excellent natural light and ventilation in every room. One of the highlights of the property is the spaciousness. The rooms are large, with ample storage space. Another big advantage is the builder's transparency and professionalism. The documentation process was smooth, and all promises regarding possession dates and amenities were kept.read more

perfect place to stay in very nice clean and green environment no water clogging during monsoons this place has perfect drainage system and water clogging is never a problem here very clean and hygiene environment Perfect to stay with family without any threat of theft safe location market place in 3 min distanceread more

Things need improvement

nothing to dislike about the place but the transport is low at night so you have to walk 5 min then get the transport otherwise everything is top notchread more

Good things here

Public transport is very very good. That is why there is no kind of traffic jam even if there is a traffic jam the traffic jam is cleared by the traffic police. The schools here are very advance and the education system is very advance with highly qualify teachers and professors provide education here show the education system is very advanced it is the another point that why I like this society too much. They are good hospitals in nearby distance. This is very clean and hygienic.read more

Things need improvement

Metro connectivity is problematic. They are lots of parking issues with cars in high winds. The power cuts here are extremely high in power dissipation. Due to the construction of large buildings and houses on the wetlands are there is water cavity and find to drinking water is very difficult. Wallpaper roads or high the population is high and the volume of the curse numbers are increased besides the factories, making the climate free polluted.read more

Good things here

Planned development new town is a well planned township designed to provide a modern living experience. The layout includes wide roads, parks, and designated residential and commercial zones. Infrastructure the area boasts excellent infrastructure including well-maintained roads , reliable electricity and water supply and efficient waste management systems.read more

Things need improvement

The high cost of living and the rapid development in New Town have led to increased property prices, making it more expensive compared to other areas of Kolkata. Additionally, while connectivity is improving, public transport options may still be limited in this area, which can be inconvenient for residents who do not have private vehicles.read more

local markers are nearby. Area has good connectivity and communication due to good signals in the area. power supply is adequate. there are great schools and college nearby.read more
