The buildings are well-constructed with no issues like seepage, cracks, or termites, and they have proper ventilation. The society is well-connected with easy access to public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs. There is designated parking, regular garbage collection, and reliable electricity and water supply. The roads are in good shape, and schools, hospitals, and markets are close by. Amenities like a gym, garden, play area, swimming pool, and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. The neighbors are friendly, and security guards are present for safety.read more

The lifts are installed but are not functioning, causing inconvenience for residents. Additionally, although parking is available, the condition of the parking area is poor, with broken walls that require immediate repair to ensure safety and convenience.read more

Living in this housing society is wonderful. The connectivity is excellent, making it easy to get around. Maintenance is always up to par, keeping everything clean and functional. Almost nothing. Its a pet friendly society with 24x7 security, electrician, gardener, plumber, care taker, facility manager. This complex is present at the heart of the city.read more

The society has excellent connectivity with autos, cabs, metro, railway station, buses, and good roads. Maintenance is top-notch with clean surroundings, regular garbage collection, and no high fees.
