This is a very stabilized and well developed area SMC provide proper maintenance of literally every thing. This area of surat had really low rate of accident and in nearby we have many malls like VR mall, Rahulraj mall and many more for all kind of groceries and for many things needed in daily home basis, we also have hospitals nearby. The properties here are well stablised according to provide ease to the people who live in there like there are many schools and game zones. Overall it is place if you started live in here you will not be able to live it.read more
To provide this much of comfort the maintenance cost of this area is very high according to me it will be hard to thrive here for middle class family.read more
