The upcoming IIM Joka metro station is also closeby/The upcoming IIM Joka metro station is also closeby/gym, swimming pool, parks, well maintained road with street light and CCTV cameras. The colleges, schools, hospitals, malls are at a nearby location. It seems that homes are designed and build with utmost care which can also be seen when you visit here or stay here. Largest Residential Complex with gated community near upcoming IIM Joka Metro. Also, the sunlight enters the home which gives a positive feel. The well constructed houses and flats and there is no connectivity problem reaching here. The construction of inside as well outside homes is of very good. Famous institutes, hospitals and schools are available nearby. Transport facility is excellent we do not face any traffic jams here. Connectivity is great as all the major roads connected well to this location. 24 hour security with good connectivity and highly constructed homes are the few plus points of this project. The largest residential complex in the area, with a gated community close to the planned IIM Joka Metro station.Nice construction of homes with lots of parking space and good connectivity along with all the basic facilities available at one place are few plus points of this project. In the real estate vertical, DTC’s first project was a landmark mixed use development project in Central Kolkata in Kankurgachi - Orchid Point and Orchid Towers. Around 1,00,000 sq.ft retail space was constructed which is currently leased to Pantaloon and is one of the largest Pantaloon stores in India. The retail space was completed in a record timespan of 14 months.

After the success of its project in Kankurgachi, DTC launched its flagship project in Joka - DTC SouthernHeights. Spread over 20 acres, DTC has already successfully delivered 900 flats with another 500 flats in delivery in 2023.
